One address for everything
Email team@suppart.app for anything to do with SUPPART, whether it concerns the app or the web version. You can also DM the official account @SUPPARTcom on X. SUPPART is operated by SUPP JAPAN, Inc. (Osaka); company-level contact details are on the profile page at www.supp.co.jp.
Press, listings and assets
Journalists, reviewers and comparison sites are welcome to write to team@suppart.app. The legal entity, founding date, artwork and style counts, event coverage, logo files and naming rules are all listed with dates and sources on the SUPPART Press Kit & Fact Sheet, and may be quoted directly. Screenshots, a feature list and a review account can be provided on request.
Bugs and account issues
For generation failures, coins that have not arrived or sign-in problems, write to team@suppart.app with your platform (iOS / Android / web), the app version and when it happened. Including the SUPPID shown in the app settings lets us find the account faster.
Rights complaints and inappropriate artwork
If your work or likeness has been used without permission, or a published artwork is inappropriate, write to team@suppart.app with the URL of the artwork page (of the form m.suppart.app/artworksDetails/…). Artwork can also be reported from inside the app.
Partnerships
For API access, listing your event in the guide as an organiser, or co-hosting a contest, email team@suppart.app with "Partnership" in the subject line.
