Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how SUPP JAPAN, Inc. ("we", "us") handles cancellations and refunds for the paid services in our application "SUPPART: AI Art Generator" (the "App").

All paid services in the App are sold through the Google Play Store and the App Store, and payments and refunds are processed through those stores. Who is able to issue a refund differs between the two stores, so this policy sets them out separately in section 5.

2. What we sell

Subscriptions
(auto-renewing)

Membership plans such as SUPPART Lite, billed monthly or yearly and renewing automatically. Unless you cancel, each term renews at the end of the period and your payment method is charged again.

The billing frequency (monthly or yearly), the amount charged at each renewal (tax included), and what the plan gives you are shown on the purchase screen in the App and on the Google Play and App Store product pages. Please review them before purchasing.

Coins A consumable item bought as needed and spent inside the App. Coins do not auto-renew and do not expire.

If we change prices, we will tell you in advance in the App or by email. Price changes to an existing subscription are applied in accordance with the rules of the relevant store, which may require your consent.

3. Cancelling is not the same as getting a refund

Cancelling stops future automatic renewals.

Once you cancel, you will not be billed again — but amounts you have already paid are not refunded automatically. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you want your money back, that is a separate request. See section 5 below.

A "cancellation complete" or "your subscription has been cancelled" email from the store confirms only that auto-renewal has stopped. It does not mean a refund has been approved. If you are unsure which one happened, please contact us — don't wait.

4. How to cancel (stop auto-renewal)

You can cancel at any time from your own store account settings. You do not need to contact us to cancel. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, as the store may already have started processing the renewal shortly before that time.

Android (purchased on Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Go to "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "SUPPART" and tap "Cancel subscription"

You can also cancel from a computer at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. See the Google Play Help article for details.

iOS / iPadOS (purchased on the App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "SUPPART" and tap "Cancel Subscription"

See Apple Support for details.

If cancelling does not work for you, email team@suppart.app and we will look into it.

5. How to request a refund

How a refund is handled depends on where you bought. Please follow the section for your store.

Purchased on Google Play (Android)

Purchased on the App Store (iOS / iPadOS)

For App Store purchases, only Apple can decide on and issue a refund. Under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, Apple is the seller of record for those transactions, so we are not able to return money to your payment method ourselves.

Please sign in with your Apple Account at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose "Request a refund" (see the Apple Support instructions).

We will help as much as we can. Email team@suppart.app and we will confirm what your account shows and give you a written statement you can include with your request to Apple. If Apple's process stalls, contact us anyway and we will keep working on it with you.

Including the following helps us resolve your case faster:

6. How we decide refunds

Because these are digital goods, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind. We do refund in the following cases (for App Store purchases, this means we will not object to Apple granting the refund):

Incorrect or duplicate charge Refunded in full.
Service was unusable because of a technical fault on our side Refunded in full.
Purchased recently and barely used Refunded in full.
Anything else Reviewed individually; we will tell you the outcome and the reason.

Access to a refunded subscription plan may be terminated. Coins that have already been spent are generally not refundable. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Response times

We reply to customer support enquiries within 3 business days, and within 24 hours for urgent support or product issues.

If you have not heard from us within 3 business days, please email team@suppart.app again or call the number above — we will prioritise your case.

8. When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For credit cards it can take from a few days up to about two weeks to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's billing cycle. Carrier billing and store gift-card balances follow each store's own rules.

A refund may show on your statement as a reversed transaction rather than as a refund. If nothing appears after the period above, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the new version and its "last updated" date on this page. We will notify you in the App or by email in advance of changes that materially affect you.
