Goods and services sold
  • Subscriptions (auto-renewing) — membership plans such as SUPPART Lite, billed monthly or yearly.
  • Coins — a consumable digital item purchased as needed and spent inside the App. Coins do not auto-renew.

All items are digital content; nothing is shipped physically.

Price

The amount shown on the purchase screen for each item, inclusive of Japanese consumption tax. Prices are visible on the purchase screen in the App and on the Google Play and App Store product pages.

For subscriptions, the billing frequency (monthly or yearly) and the amount charged at each renewal are shown on the purchase screen. Please review them before purchasing.

Costs other than the price You are responsible for the data communication charges incurred in downloading and using the App. We charge no additional fees.
Payment methods

The payment methods offered by the Google Play Store or the App Store (credit card, carrier billing, store gift-card balance, and so on).

Which methods are available is determined by each store.

Payment timing
  • One-off purchases (coins and similar): at the time the purchase completes
  • Subscriptions: at the time the purchase completes, and on each renewal date thereafter

The actual billing date follows the rules of the relevant store and payment provider.

Delivery / start of service Available for use immediately after payment completes. As this is digital content, there is no physical delivery.
Application period

There is no time limit on ordering our standard items.

Where we run a limited-time campaign or promotional price, the applicable period and conditions are shown on the relevant purchase screen or in the campaign announcement.

Contract term and automatic renewal
(contracts requiring two or more consecutive terms)

Subscriptions are auto-renewing contracts. Unless you cancel, the contract renews automatically at the end of each term (one month for monthly plans, one year for yearly plans) for the same term and the same price, and your registered payment method is charged. There is no limit on the number of renewals.

There is no minimum commitment period — you may cancel (stop auto-renewal) at any time. Please do so at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

If we change the price, we will tell you in advance in the App or by email and apply the change in accordance with the rules of the relevant store, obtaining your consent where required.

How to cancel a subscription

You can cancel (stop auto-renewal) at any time from your store account settings. You do not need to contact us. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Android (Google Play): Google Play Store app → profile icon (top right) → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" → "SUPPART" → "Cancel subscription"

iOS / iPadOS (App Store): Settings app → your name at the top → "Subscriptions" → "SUPPART" → "Cancel Subscription"

Cancelling stops auto-renewal; it is not the same as a refund of amounts already paid. For refunds, see the next row.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
(returns policy)

Because these are digital goods, we generally cannot accept a return or issue a refund simply because you changed your mind. We do refund in the following cases:

  • An incorrect or duplicate charge was made
  • The service was unusable because of a technical fault on our side
  • You purchased recently and have barely used the service

In any other case we review the request individually and tell you the outcome and the reason.

How a refund is processed depends on where you bought. On Google Play you can request a refund yourself within 48 hours of purchase; after 48 hours, please contact us. For App Store purchases, only Apple can decide on and issue a refund, so please apply at reportaproblem.apple.com — we will still help by confirming your account status and supporting your request.

Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability for non-conformity with the contract

If the digital content we supply does not conform to the contract — for example it differs from what was described, or a purchased feature cannot be used — you may require us to cure the defect, reduce the price, claim damages, or terminate the contract.

Please contact team@suppart.app. We will investigate and either fix the problem at no charge or refund you.

Quantity limits and other special conditions of sale

There is no quantity limit on our standard items.

Using the App requires acceptance of our End User License Agreement and Terms of Use. Purchasing paid services requires a Google Account or Apple Account and a valid payment method.

Response time for enquiries

We reply to enquiries within 3 business days, and within 24 hours for support or product issues judged to be urgent.

If you have not heard from us within 3 business days, please email team@suppart.app again or call the number above.
